Ms. Tipton is former Director of Career Planning and Placement at three Southern California Colleges. Her family background includes 14 decades of family members opening colleges, major donors to colleges and technology.
She is results-oriented executive talent acquisition leader with a track record of delivering hi volume projects in technology, life sciences, engineering and education projects. A talent acquisition leader who is quick-thinking, decisive and technically discerning, acute business sense who consistently drives to meet project objectives while developing and improving process and practices. Experienced in candidate development, client development and negotiations while managing large projects in high-pressure, cost-conscious, and technically demanding environments she has many successes and well known in her profession.
